




I. Generic job description. For the Iberoamerican University of Torreón, a Digital Transformation Directorate (DTD) Project Coordinator must perform the following main functions: **FUNCTIONS.** · Support in carrying out the necessary actions to achieve optimal functioning of the university's information systems. · Provide technical assistance regarding software or connectivity issues for system access. · Perform system updates and network server operating system upgrades. · Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity and electrical system failures affecting ICT services. · Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies. · Assist in restoring services outside regular hours or during holiday periods due to power outages. · Support special events requiring DTIC services. · Analyze, design, and develop systems according to the university’s needs. · Design user manuals and document processes. · Keep the incident tracking system up to date. · Assist in various DTIC activities upon request. · Backup development code in the digital repository GitHub. **I. JOB PROFILE.** All interested applicants must have: · Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or related field. · Advanced proficiency in the English language. · Extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software products. · Knowledge in app development. · Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS. · Programming language knowledge: JavaScript, C \#, PHP, PL SQL. · Development Framework knowledge: Angular, React, Laravel, Vue, Xamarin. · User support in system operations. · Database knowledge: SQL Server and Oracle. · Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in their field, particularly in technical support areas. · Willingness to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. · Affinity with the values and educational mission of the Jesuit University System (SUJ). · A strong inclination toward compliance with regulations, order, and administrative control. · Interpersonal skills demonstrated through excellent oral and written communication. · Openness and availability to accept assigned responsibilities; ability to adapt to changes in their knowledge domain, professional field, or assigned tasks. · Willingness to train and develop professionally to deliver the best possible service. · Competencies: customer orientation, functional planning, analytical ability, results focus, sensitivity to guidelines, proactivity, teamwork, task prioritization, discretion, good interpersonal relationships, sense of urgency, resource management. · Flexible availability of schedule.
