Mission Maintain electrical systems of production and auxiliary service equipment in optimal condition through the proper execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, ensuring their correct operation while complying with applicable regulations and standards. Responsibilities Responsibility1**Ensure** the proper functioning of electrical equipment in the production and auxiliary services areas by correctly and promptly executing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance routines to guarantee operational continuity. Responsibility2**Execute** the replacement of motors and electrical equipment when justified, suggesting to the immediate supervisor reusable parts that can be repaired and reused to minimize maintenance costs. Responsibility3**Assist** the Electronics Technician with electrical-related tasks to fulfill established maintenance programs and routines. Responsibility4 STRATEGIC INDICATORS a) Coordinate with service areas and clients to monitor strategic indicators. b) Participate in daily production team meetings to analyze indicators, coordinate activities, review results, reassess objectives, and make agreements. c) Follow up on activities committed with other support areas related to key indicators. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM a) Identify and generate corrective actions when there is a deviation from a process or indicator. b) Execute actions in the SAC SYSTEM to eliminate or minimize risks that could impact productivity, quality, work environment, and the environment arising from internal and external audits. c) Involve personnel in audit activities. d) Ensure compliance with scheduled audits. FOOD SAFETY a) Follow the guidelines of ARCACONTINENTAL's Quality Management System. b) Implement requirements, standards, and specifications of ARCACONTINENTAL's Quality Management System applicable to their process. c) Promote continuous improvement. d) Communicate technology and infrastructure needs to meet requirements. e) Support operational staff in having the competencies needed to perform their activities. f) Activate prevention and correction systems when deviations occur in processes and indicators. g) Collaborate in the certification of authorized management standards. h) Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety, Environmental, and Safety policies. i) Monitor and control operational risks under their responsibility. j) Establish and measure the effectiveness of established control points and measures. k) Report any situation that could affect the quality and safety of our products, the safety and health of our workers, and the environment. l) Setting Objectives, Indicators, and Goals. Each member of the Improvement Team together with the corresponding Liaison and Control member will be responsible for clarifying the objectives sought for each process. Receive materials in the warehouse, verifying data from the TL invoice, shipping order, (Bill of Landing), and Purchase Order, checking the part number and product description against the physical units for entry into the LX system. 2\. Code and arrange received materials in the warehouse to facilitate identification and control. 3\. Conduct physical inventory counts of existing warehouse materials to confirm their presence and safekeeping, and report to immediate supervisor. 4\. Maintain internal system records of material entries and exits. 5\. Receive, safeguard, and deliver warehouse materials, controlling stock levels and maintaining corresponding entry and exit records. 6\. Perform daily and weekly physical inventories as required to verify and validate stock levels. 7\. Generate material entry and exit reports. 8\.
