**Accounts Payable Analyst** *Torreón, Coahuila* *Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays (on-call) from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.* **Position Purpose** Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the recording and payment of invoices, guaranteeing efficiency in accounting processes related to accounts payable, as well as proper communication with suppliers and other internal departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Validate invoices (review tax information, VAT, and withholdings) and record them in the system. * Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary documentation for payments. * Maintain constant communication with suppliers to resolve issues or clarify payment details. * Send payment receipts to suppliers and requesting users. * Record and apply payments in the ERP system. * Generate updated reports on the status of accounts payable. * Follow up on the invoicing process for machinery and spare parts. * Download utility service receipts (CFE) and distribute them to the corresponding branches. * Create new supplier records and enter credit notes or corrections in the ERP system. * Consolidate cash payment reports from assigned branches. * Validate deposits and record petty cash for assigned branches. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. * **Minimum Experience:** 1 year in general accounting or accounts payable. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. * Invoicing and payment processing. * Bank reconciliations and cash flow management. * Supplier management and administrative control. * **Tools:** Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Office suite. * **English Language:** Basic (minimum reading and comprehension). **Competencies** * Assertive communication and service-oriented attitude. * Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. * Organization and planning skills. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Ability to handle large volumes of information. * Focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency. **Conditions** * **Location:** Torreón, Coahuila. * **Work Environment:** Office. * **Equipment:** Computer and office tools provided by the company.
