Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:** Comply comprehensively with legal and corporate requirements in Safety, Health, and Environment, ensuring compliance with Safety and ISO 14001:2015 requirements, and developing a safety culture for employee well-being. Be able to comply with regulations and requirements from government agencies related to Industrial Safety (IMSS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, STPS OSHA, NIOSH, Secretaría de Salud, CNA) to ensure employee health and safety. Manage the Industrial Safety system based on legal and corporate requirements to achieve a safe and healthy workplace through auditable health and safety systems. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree/Engineering TRAINING/EXPERIENCE: 5 years in the Automotive Industry in a similar position TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: * Documentation and requirements before STPS and other government agencies. * Regulations and laws related to health, environmental, and labor matters from IMSS, SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, STPS OSHA, NIOSH, Secretaría de Salud, CNA. * Municipal, state, and federal regulations related to Safety, Health, and Environment. * Federal Labor Law * Corporate Regulations * Applicable standards (OSHA and STPS) * Actionlinx * Procedures, instructions, and formats applicable to the area LANGUAGES: Intermediate English **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
