The role requires strategic vision, understanding of the financial business, and the ability to scale processes without compromising control or quality. ### **Responsibilities** **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (primary function)** * Design and execute the national recruitment strategy. * Ensure efficient coverage of operational, commercial, and mid-management positions. * Optimize recruitment sources and selection funnels. * Reduce time-to-fill and early turnover. * Guarantee hiring quality standards. **Metrics Management and Reporting** * Define and monitor HR KPIs: * Time to Fill * Turnover * Cost per hire * Source effectiveness * Prepare executive reports for General Management. * Analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement. **Training and Development** * Coordinate onboarding and initial training processes. * Identify performance-aligned training needs. * Lay the foundation for talent development and succession planning programs. **Leadership and Organizational Culture** * Lead and develop the national HR team (recruitment and training). * Ensure cultural alignment and organizational discipline. * Act as a strategic business partner. * Foster a high-performance culture. ### **We Offer** * **Total compensation:** ~$80,000 MXN monthly, net. * **Payment structure:** Mixed. * **Housing allowance:** $10,000 MXN monthly. * Professional growth within an expanding financial group. * A strategic position with national impact. REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements** **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Specialization or postgraduate degree in HR, Organizational Development (OD), or Talent Management is desirable. **Experience** * 7–10 years in HR leadership roles. * Proven experience in mass and specialized recruitment. * Experience in the financial, commercial, or high-turnover sectors is desirable. * Experience managing national or multi-site structures. **Competencies** * Results-driven and execution-focused. * Strategic thinking and business orientation. * Strong yet approachable leadership. * Analytical capability and metrics management skills. * High tolerance for pressure. * Executive communication and decision-making skills.
