




Trinity Rail de Mexico Seeks Senior Non-Destructive Testing Analyst Primary Purpose: * Coordinate the development of Non-Destructive Testing performed at the plant according to applicable standards and codes. * Provide training, testing, certification, qualification, and administration for personnel involved in the Non-Destructive Testing program. * Develop techniques and procedures for the Non-Destructive Testing methods used in the plant. General Responsibilities: * Coordinate activities of Non-Destructive Testing Specialists regarding the development and application of technical methods used for inspection. * Report weekly to senior management and involved personnel the results of Non-Destructive Testing performed. * Promote continuous training of Non-Destructive Testing personnel to obtain required certifications for optimal job performance in compliance with applicable codes and standards. * Administration and control of physical examinations for Non-Destructive Testing personnel. * Develop cost-saving and continuous improvement projects related to tests performed at the plant, involving other service departments. * Promote the use of new technologies to be applied within the company as part of continuous improvement. * Represent the NDT department in matters related to accreditation and licensing. * Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and accreditations for proper department operation. * Conduct technical audits of NDT-certified personnel, maintaining a record of skills, experience, and continuity for all technical staff. * Maintain records, storage, and control of radiographic files. * Develop and approve written Non-Destructive Testing procedures. * Coordinate and document radiation monitoring in designated radiography areas. Education: Metallurgical/Industrial Engineer or related field. Experience: * Minimum 5 years of experience in the application of testing methods to be supervised. * Experience as an instructor providing training in Non-Destructive Testing (training, qualification, and certification). * Experience in developing procedures, techniques, interpretation of standard results, and specifications applicable to Non-Destructive Testing. * Experience as a process auditor.
