Your mission will be to define the future of automation, establishing standardized workflows and governance guidelines that ensure agile and highly secure software deliveries. **Tech Stack & Ecosystem:** * **Orchestration and CI/CD:** Expert-level proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git. * **Embedded Security (Sec):** Implementation and management of SonarQube, Checkmarx, and compliance tools. * **Management & Agility:** Advanced use of Jira and Confluence under Scrum or Kanban methodologies. * **Cloud & Infrastructure:** Proactive monitoring and maintenance of DevSecOps platforms to ensure full availability. **Your Key Responsibilities** * **Standard Definition:** Design and standardize configuration pipelines for development frameworks, maintaining governance over software products. * **Ecosystem Orchestration:** Collaborate with platform specialists to ensure stable and functional environments for automation. * **Technical Mentorship:** Ensure engineering teams comply with DevSecOps office standards, fostering an organized work environment. * **Metrics Optimization:** Directly impact indicators such as *Deployment Frequency*, *Cycle Time*, and defect resolution rates. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Experience:** Solid experience across the software development lifecycle (build, vulnerability assessment, and deployment). **What We Offer** * **Employment Type:** Direct hire by the company. * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.** * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (Mixed) work arrangement. * **Impact:** Participation in organizational architecture projects and disruptive models.
