### **Job Description** We are seeking a **General Assistant.** This position is essential to ensuring daily operations run efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service. ### **Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation following established recipes and standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, dining area, and common areas. * Address the needs of kitchen and service staff during peak-hour shifts. * Perform basic kitchen tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. * Handle and store products safely and appropriately. * Restock workstations with necessary supplies and materials. * Assist with packaging and delivering food for takeout or delivery service. * Comply with company-established hygiene and food safety protocols. ### **Requirements** * **Education**: Minimum educational requirement (completed secondary school or equivalent). * **Experience**: No prior experience required, though experience in cooking or food service is desirable. * **Knowledge and Skills**: + Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Capacity to follow instructions and established procedures. + Commitment to cleanliness and order. + Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
