Join our team as: **Logistics Supervisor**
The objective of your role is to supervise and coordinate logistics and distribution operations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries, proper documentation control, and efficient management of personnel and transport vehicles.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and coordinate transportation operators.
* Monitor compliance with delivery routes.
* Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to CEDIS and customers.
* Validate cargo documentation for delivery.
* Prepare basic operational reports and performance indicators.
* Track incidents and propose operational solutions.
* Supervise proper use and condition of transport vehicles.
* Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and warehouse safety standards.
* Maintain constant communication with departments involved in logistics operations.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of prior experience supervising logistics, distribution, or transportation operations.
* Experience managing and coordinating operational staff.
* Knowledge of route planning and monitoring.
* Experience handling delivery documentation for CEDIS.
* Knowledge of supervision and control of cargo trucks or heavy-duty vehicles.
* Basic/intermediate Excel skills and report preparation.
* Valid federal Type B driver’s license (mandatory).
* Experience operating 8-ton trucks.
