Network, firewall, and security device management **Sinerglobal is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Polanco \- Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We are seeking a **Technical Support Analyst** for a financial services company. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Completed Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Systems, Telecommunications. * 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work on weekends or overnight shifts during maintenance windows starting at 9 PM. ***EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:*** * Providing technical incident support and resolution to end users. * Proficiency in Office suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive. * Full system formatting and restoration from scratch. * Infrastructure administration. * Firewall configuration based on security policies. * Server administration using operating systems (Windows Server 2019 or later). * Knowledge and use of administration tools (Active Directory, DHCP and DNS services). * Server maintenance, Windows updates, and driver updates. * Network and VPN configuration (site-to-site and client-to-site). * Networking knowledge (user connectivity issues). * Network segmentation knowledge. * Connection protocols. * OSI 7-layer network security model (conceptual understanding). * Network switch and security device management, including firewall access rules and policies. * Closed-circuit administration and monitoring. * Biometric access systems. * Knowledge and use of Voice over IP (VoIP) telephony. * DID assignment. * Basic knowledge of predictive dialers. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment (desktops and laptops). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of printers. ***COMPENSATION PACKAGE:*** * Base salary of **$25,000 to $28,000** gross per month. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Christmas bonus equivalent to **30 days** of salary. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance extendable to spouse and children.
