Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software LEADING HARDWARE COMPANY SEEKING **Technical Support Analyst** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience * Proficiency with various software applications * Knowledge of internal support and problem resolution * Experience in installation and configuration of CCTV systems * Knowledge of cabling, punching, installation, etc. Responsibilities: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment * Hardware and software-level computer repair * Technical user support * Configuration of time clock devices * CCTV system monitoring and maintenance * Quotation and fuel requisition for equipment * Configuration of telephony equipment We Offer: * Base salary of $13,000 MXN per month (gross) * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * 100% IMSS registration * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM WORK LOCATION IS TLALNEPANTLA; PREFERRED TO LIVE NO MORE THAN 1 HOUR AWAY Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
