DESCRIPTION We are seeking a responsible Installation Technician to carry out installations, maintenance, and repairs of products and systems in accordance with customer specifications and the company’s quality standards. This position requires technical proficiency, discipline in following procedures, and flexibility to work in diverse environments and locations, always ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installations. **Responsibilities:** **Installation of Products and Systems** * Perform installations of products and systems according to instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications. * Read and interpret diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation. * Configure and test equipment to ensure proper functionality. **Maintenance and Repair** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on installed products and systems. * Diagnose and resolve technical faults promptly. * Replace and repair defective or worn components. **Safety and Compliance** * Adhere to safety regulations and procedures during all activities. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. * Properly use personal protective equipment. **Customer Service** * Interact professionally and courteously with customers. * Explain the operation of installed products or systems. * Address questions and concerns clearly and effectively. **Documentation and Reporting** * Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs. * Prepare detailed reports on activities and system status. * Immediately report incidents to the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support (preferred). * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical manuals. * Willingness to travel to various states across the country. * Class A driver’s license (mandatory). * Excellent customer service skills and results-oriented mindset. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of $11,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Social security coverage from day one. * Covered travel expenses (meals and accommodation when required). * Assigned vehicle for job-related activities (Class A driver’s license required). * Upon successful completion of the 3-month probationary period, direct employment with Fideliss is possible. * Quarterly bonus for KPI achievement equivalent to 15% of accumulated quarterly salary (approx. $33,000 MXN). **Application:** If you possess technical experience, willingness to travel, and are interested in joining a growth-oriented project, apply through this channel.
