Dynamic projects and interesting brands A leading advertising and media company is seeking a **Tax Executive**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute the company's tax processes, ensuring proper compliance with tax obligations, accounting reviews, and responses to tax requirements in accordance with current regulations. * Preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns. * Calculation and review of federal and state taxes (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings, State Income Tax, etc.). * Tax and accounting reconciliations. * Review of issued and received CFDIs (Digital Fiscal Receipts). * Handling tax audits and SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service) requests. * Monitoring and tracking of tax obligations. * Preparation of working papers and tax reports. * Support for monthly accounting closings. * Monitoring changes in tax legislation. * Coordination with accounting and administrative departments to ensure tax compliance. **We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Knowledge of tax and accounting principles. * Experience using the SAT portal, basic SAP knowledge, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of: Income Tax and VAT, monthly and annual tax returns, CFDIs and electronic invoicing, IDSE portal, accounting-tax reconciliations. * 1–3 years of experience in tax or accounting-tax roles. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $18,000–$20,000 gross. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Life insurance and major medical expense insurance. * Parking and subsidized cafeteria. * Creative and collaborative environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Dynamic projects and interesting brands. * Working hours Monday to Friday (half-day on Friday).
