Vital Enfermeras seeks talent like you—we want to welcome health professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to join our outstanding team. **Requirements** * Age: 20 years or older * Education: Nursing Assistant (preferably with courses focused on geriatrics) * ***Availability to rotate among the shifts listed below*** * Availability to rotate services from Monday to Sunday (12-hour, 24x24-hour, and/or 48x48-hour shifts) * Work locations: Mexico City and the metropolitan area (Huixquilican, Interlomas, Tlalpan, Coyoacán, Pedregal, Polanco, Narvarte). **Responsibilities:** * Assistance with activities of daily living (personal hygiene, mobility assistance, feeding) * Accompaniment to public places (doctor visits, parks, family meals, etc.) * Vital signs monitoring * Support in occupational, recreational, motor, and/or cognitive therapy * Patient mobilization and transfer * Identification of warning signs * Medication administration (intramuscular and subcutaneous routes) * Catheterization * Nebulizations * Pulmonary physiotherapy * Postural drainage * Fluid balance monitoring **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $13,000 to $15,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability and a positive work environment * Career growth opportunities * Interested candidates may apply through this platform and/or via WhatsApp at 56 3278 8740 (Human Resources Department) Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
