Assist in inventory control of supplies. **Job Objective** Produce bakery products in accordance with established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness, hygiene, and proper presentation, as well as adherence to production schedules during day and night shifts. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare dough, ferment, bake, and decorate sweet and savory bakery products. * Follow established recipes and portion weights. * Monitor fermentation and baking times. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Inspect final product quality, texture, and presentation. * Assist in inventory control of supplies. * Report shortages or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Cover scheduled day and night shifts as per the established roster. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery. * Knowledge of preparing sweet and savory bakery products. * Basic operation of ovens and bakery equipment. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
