**KIMEX is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Lomas De Boulevares \- Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A manufacturing company is looking for: "Accounting Assistant" Requirements: Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 1 year of experience in the field Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Proficiency in SAT platforms (SATResponsable) Honest Committed Familiarity with **ASPEL** software suite (COI, SAE, BANCOS). Responsibilities: Accounting control of costs, budgets, and project estimates. Bank reconciliations; management of accounts payable to suppliers and accounts receivable (rentals or sales). Tax calculations (VAT, Income Tax), filing of DIOT, and handling notarial documentation procedures. Preparation of financial statements, monthly closings, and profitability reports for real estate properties.
