The primary focus will be demand analysis, supplier negotiation, and purchase order placement to guarantee uninterrupted business operations under the best commercial terms. **Key Responsibilities and Functions** * **Purchase Order Management:** Creation, submission, and tracking of purchase orders in the ERP system until warehouse receipt. * **Supplier Negotiation:** Evaluate and negotiate commercial terms (prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines) to optimize the budget. * **Inventory Analysis:** Monitor product movement to identify slow-moving items or potential stockouts. * **Supplier Development:** Identify and onboard new suppliers, conducting periodic performance evaluations (quality and on-time delivery KPIs). * **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to coordinate purchases for product launches or special seasons. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in procurement (preferably in mass-consumption, retail, or manufacturing companies). * **Intermediate Excel:** Ability to handle large datasets, pivot tables, and basic formulas. **Skills and Competencies** * **Analytical Ability:** Skill to interpret numbers and trends to make informed purchasing decisions. * **Effective Negotiation:** Ability to secure benefits for the company while maintaining healthy supplier relationships. * **Organization and Structure:** Methodology to track multiple orders and simultaneous delivery deadlines. * **Proactivity:** Ability to anticipate supply issues and propose alternative solutions. **Benefits and Compensation** * **Statutory Benefits:** Social Security, INFONAVIT, Profit Sharing (PTU), 30-day Christmas Bonus, Statutory Vacation. * **Health and Wellness:** Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM). * **Development:** Support for continuous professionalization (educational scholarships) and ongoing training. * **Tramontina Culture:** Employee discounts on brand products and commercial partnerships. * **Work-Life Balance:** Extended leave (medical, maternity, paternity, lactation). * **Work Tools:** Free parking, uniforms, and covered travel expenses (accommodation, meals, transportation). **Additional Information** * **Location:** Corporate offices at Paseo Interlomas, Huixquilucan, Méx. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturdays and Sundays off). * **Salary:** $13,000 to $18,000 per month.
