Job Summary: We are seeking a Building Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various facilities and support general infrastructure tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for growth in a company with 35 years in the market **HIGH-QUALITY INJECTION MOLDING** **Company dedicated to manufacturing PET containers with over 35 years in the market.** We are looking for: **BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and civil installations. · Execute the master cleaning schedule timely and accurately. · Carry out minor repairs in masonry, painting, plumbing, metalwork, and carpentry. · Maintain lighting systems, electrical outlets, distribution panels, and basic wiring. · Inspect and maintain air conditioning and ventilation systems (basic level). · Identify infrastructure failures and report them promptly. · Assist with furniture assembly, modifications, and relocation. **WE OFFER:** \- 5% Savings Fund \- Attendance Bonus \- Punctuality Bonus \- Grocery Vouchers \- Statutory Benefits \- Profit Sharing \- 30 Days' Year-End Bonus **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **EXPERIENCE:** * Experience in painting, electricity, general maintenance, and plumbing. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Junior high school diploma * Must be over 20 years of age Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $11,700\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
