Administrative support to the Human Resources Management Job DescriptionIMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION· Knowledge of payroll management is required to collaborate with the Accounting department and ensure employees receive their salaries correctly.· This includes handling personnel incidents (absences, overtime, vacations), deductions, benefits, etc.· Familiarity with and ability to operate the SUA platform.Administrative tasks:· Support the administrative process for personnel file and contract control.· Assist the Human Resources Management department in implementing and complying with corporate policies.Personnel control:· Prepare and maintain personnel files containing personal data: incidents, vacations, hiring/termination records, salary adjustments.· Preparation of payroll incidents:· Report biweekly changes such as salary adjustments, vacations to be taken, vacations to be paid, applicable deductions, etc. (payroll incidents). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Keywords: specialist, especialista
