We are currently seeking your talent to join us as: Junior Compliance Analyst | Complaints | Code of Ethics: Experience: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Criminology, or Sociology. 1–2 years of experience as an Analyst focused on investigating internal complaints, conducting interviews, documenting findings, and supporting ethical compliance processes within the organization. Responsibilities: Support in investigating internal complaints. Conducting virtual and telephone interviews. Documenting findings. Following up on Ethics Committee protocols. Delivering reports to leaders. Ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics. Essential Skills: Virtual/telephone interviewing, executive writing, oral and written communication, information analysis. Work Modality: Hybrid (primarily virtual) at Av. Insurgentes Sur, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
