Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. **At Elegant Catering, we are seeking a Cook for an executive cafeteria**, focused on food preparation with high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene, delivering efficient and professional service. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 to 2 years** of experience as a cook * Preferable experience in **executive or industrial cafeterias** * Knowledge of high-volume food preparation * Proficiency in basic cooking techniques * Basic knowledge of hygiene regulations (H Distinction desirable) * Residence near the work area (Bosque de las Lomas, opposite the "Del Pantalón" building) * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and sense of urgency **Responsibilities** * Food preparation according to recipes and established standards * Operation of **hot and/or cold lines** * Portion control and dish presentation * Support in menu planning and execution * Inventory management and rotation (FIFO) * Cleaning and organization of the work area * Compliance with **hygiene and food safety regulations** * Support in inventory counts and waste control * Teamwork with kitchen staff and supervision **We Offer** * Starting base salary: $10,000 net monthly (paid biweekly) * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Working hours: 07:00 to 17:00 * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * Savings fund Please submit your CV and pay attention to the screening questions included in the application process.
