This role will provide you the opportunity to learn quality management systems and apply them in a highly engaging field, granting access to mentorship, training, and development opportunities in the Quality area. **On a typical day as a Quality Analyst, you will:** * Manage documented information of the Quality Management System * Maintain the Master Document List up to date * Map processes jointly with process owners * Support compliance with and maintenance of ISO 9001 certification * Investigate customer complaints * Organize root cause investigations and deliver Quality training to users * Participate in Quality audits * Conduct internal audits * Manage the closure of nonconformities **What You’ll Need to Succeed!** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum requirement: Student completing final year (internship level).
