Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM Modeler to develop comprehensive architectural design proposals for industrial projects, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination and compliance with requirements. We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **BIM Modeler** **Position Objective:** To develop comprehensive architectural design proposals for industrial projects, ensuring proper coordination among disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) and compliance with client requirements. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Architectural modeling for industrial and commercial construction projects using Revit. * Creation of required families to develop the necessary construction details for execution. * Clash detection and engineering coordination. * Loading technical construction information into project models. * Tracking project specifications based on a defined scope, applying applicable building codes and regulations.
