Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Engineer with experience in construction, cost estimation, budgeting, project execution, and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in construction processes, cost estimation, and budgeting 2. Proficiency in REVIT and calculation software, unit pricing 3. Personnel management Architect or Engineer Age: 27 to 35 years old Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Minimum two years of experience in construction processes, cost estimation, budgeting, project execution, and personnel management. Proficiency in REVIT and at least one calculation software, and familiarity with unit pricing. Valid standard vehicle driver's license (Type A) is mandatory. Salary: $10,000 to $13,000 MXN, negotiable.
