Position: Full Stack Developer Work Location: Mexico City Work Modality: Hybrid / Partial Remote Work Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM We seek developers with proven experience building end-to-end applications, capable of solving technical problems and actively participating in technological innovation projects. Main Responsibilities: * Full-stack development of web applications * Building and maintaining frontend and backend systems * Developing APIs and integrations * Basic database modeling and administration * Implementing authentication and access control * Debugging, troubleshooting, and incident resolution * Participating in production deployments and maintenance * Translating business requirements into functional solutions Requirements: * Full Stack development experience * Frontend: React, Next.js, or similar technologies * Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, or Python * Proficiency with PostgreSQL or relational databases * Knowledge of REST APIs * Experience in debugging and error analysis * Strong organizational and technical tracking skills * Effective communication and teamwork abilities Desirable: * Experience in staging and production environments * Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging * Experience with clean architecture and best practices We Offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Participation in technological projects and innovation * Professional development * Collaborative and dynamic environment We seek candidates with a practical mindset, strong execution capability, and willingness to tackle real-world technical challenges.
