Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and proactive professional to prepare budgets, monitor suppliers, and prepare quotations, with experience in calculating equipment and material costs. Responsible for supplier negotiation and sourcing. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 20 to 40 years old * Gender: Indifferent * Location: Must reside near the workplace * Experience: 2 years * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **KNOWLEDGE:** Provide economic proposal estimates for our customers. Analyze information such as blueprints and material lists to calculate costs, including equipment and material manufacturing, as well as manufacturing and delivery timelines. **SKILLS:** * Analytical ability. * Negotiation skills. * Proactive attitude. * Sense of urgency. * Effective communication. * Basic Excel knowledge. * Administrative system proficiency (ASPEL or similar). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supplier monitoring. * Sourcing potential suppliers. * Requesting quotations from suppliers for procurement needs. * Communicating with commercial executives regarding quotations. * Preparing and analyzing budgets for electrical materials, medium voltage, plumbing, and/or construction. * Interacting with suppliers and/or contract manufacturers of industry-related materials. * Determining shipping and installation costs. * Validating and following up with production on manufacturing timelines. * Preparing quotations. * Sourcing new suppliers. **BENEFITS**: * Statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Stable employment. * Weekly salary: $2,205\. * One-hour lunch break from Monday to Friday.
