Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect or related professional to develop projects, perform 3D modeling, rendering, and budget management. Key Highlights: 1. Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field * Minimum **2 years of experience as a draftsman, renderer, or project designer** * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, rendering engines, and office software suites * Neodata \-Desirable\- **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of architectural drawings * Development of executive project drawings * Formulation of installation criteria * 3D modeling of projects * Rendering of 3D models * Preparation of project revisions * Conducting architectural surveys * Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations * Preparation of construction generators and budgets **COMPETENCIES:** Results orientation, knowledge of construction materials and methods, resource management, continuous improvement, and analytical ability.
