Position Summary: Project architect responsible for preparing construction drawings, developing installation systems, creating 3D models and renders for residential and commercial projects, proposing innovative concepts, and ensuring on-time delivery. Leadership, creativity, and strong teamwork skills Project Architect Responsibilities: · Preparation of construction drawings for residential, commercial, and other projects. · Establishment of installation criteria and development of installation drawings (electrical, plumbing, stormwater, etc.). · Ensuring timely progress and delivery of assigned construction projects. · Creation of 3D models and renders for residential, commercial, and other projects. · Proposing and developing highly innovative concepts. · Ensuring timely progress and delivery of assigned projects. · Scene staging, scene setup, virtual walkthroughs, and post-production. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations. Experience in preparing construction documents. Experience in architectural 3D visualization. Portfolio of work (mandatory) featuring high-quality renderings. Leadership, creativity, and strong teamwork skills. Advanced Lumion, Advanced SketchUp, Advanced Photoshop, Advanced AutoCAD, Basic REVIT, Microsoft Office. We Offer: Salary commensurate with qualifications, statutory benefits, job stability. Working Hours: On-site employment, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM. Salary: $11,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
