




**Overview:** At Embler Autopartes, we are seeking a Digital Platforms Development and Support Engineer. We are looking for a technology enthusiast passionate about automation and artificial intelligence, with an analytical mindset and the ability to integrate technological solutions into company processes. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining our AI-based customer service application, linking digital platforms (Meta, WhatsApp, web, etc.), providing technical support for the Microsip ERP system, and managing internal technological infrastructure. **Job Mission:** Develop, maintain, and optimize the artificial intelligence-based digital customer service platform, applying data science to improve communication flows, operational efficiency, and decision-making. Provide technical support for the Microsip ERP system and manage Embler Autopartes' technological infrastructure, ensuring proper operation of internal systems, integration of digital platforms, and data integrity. **Main Responsibilities (by priority):** 1. Development and maintenance of the AI-powered customer service application * Design, develop, and maintain the AI-based customer service platform. * Implement machine learning models to enhance response accuracy and personalization. * Analyze customer interaction patterns using data science techniques to optimize user experience. * Integrate the platform with WhatsApp, website, social media, and internal databases. * Train and fine-tune the AI based on company policies, product catalog, and customer behavior. * Configure, link, and manage Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and Meta Business Suite) for seamless integration and automation of digital channels. * Generate system performance reports and propose improvements based on data metrics. 2. Technical support and maintenance of the Microsip system * Provide technical support for the Microsip ERP, ensuring smooth operation of sales, purchasing, inventory, and billing modules. * Analyze the ERP database to identify errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies. * Automate frequent reports or queries through scripts or integrations. * Coordinate with the Microsip vendor for updates or critical incidents. * Document technical procedures and train staff on proper system usage. 3. Management of technological infrastructure * Manage the company's entire IT infrastructure. * Maintain computing equipment, routers, printers, and local servers. * Ensure internet connectivity across all branches and internal network functionality. * Configure access controls, backups, and information security. * Manage equipment and software inventory following best IT practices. * Provide technical support to staff for operational issues. **Job Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Data Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years in platform development, technical support, or AI implementation. **Technical Skills:** * Programming (Python, JavaScript, or similar). * AI platforms (OpenAI, Manychat, Zendesk, Dialogflow, etc.). * Management and integration of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Meta Business Suite, Meta APIs). * SQL databases and data analysis (Power BI, advanced Excel). * System integrations via APIs. * ERP support and administration (Microsip preferred). * Networking, hardware, and technological infrastructure maintenance. **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Ability to translate data into strategic decisions. * Organization and technical documentation. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Technological innovation. **Job Conditions:** * Salary: $25,000 to $28,000 net monthly (based on experience and proficiency in AI, data analysis, and ERP support). * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Work mode: On-site at Satélite area. * Benefits: Legal benefits + professional development + participation in strategic technology projects.
