




**Position Objective** Support in accounting registration and in the preparation, control, and calculation of payrolls, ensuring compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations, as well as the proper accounting integration of personnel-related information. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and process weekly, biweekly, or monthly payrolls according to current legislation. * Calculate earnings, deductions, final settlements, and severance payments. * Record payroll-related accounting entries in the accounting system. * Compile and reconcile salary, tax, and contribution transactions. * Monitor and archive employee incidents (absences, delays, vacations, disabilities, overtime, etc.). * Determine and file tax declarations related to payroll (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). * Assist in preparing monthly accounting and financial reports. * Support internal and external audits related to payroll. * Maintain updated personnel files and required employment documentation. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 to 3 years in accounting and payroll. * **Technical Knowledge:** * General accounting. * Payroll, final settlement, and severance calculations. * Current labor and tax regulations. * Proficiency with SUA, IDSE, CFDI, SAT portal, and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Experience with accounting and payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, NOI, COI). **Skills and Competencies** * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organization and handling of confidential information. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment. * Deadline adherence and ability to work under pressure. **Position Details** * **Department:** Accounting / Human Resources. * **Reports to:** General Accountant or Payroll Supervisor. * **Position Type:** Administrative / Operational. * **Schedule:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company phone Work location: On-site
