**WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations and standards in construction projects, as well as managing aspects such as credentialing, H.H., customer safety audits, safety files, safety induction courses, work permits, control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), 5-minute safety talks, and Unique Hazard Lists (UHLs). **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and implement safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address hazards. Coordinate credentialing of employees and subcontractors. Manage and record H.H. (man-hours) worked. Handle customer safety audits. Maintain up-to-date safety files readily available for inspections. Coordinate and facilitate safety induction courses. Issue and control work permits for specific tasks. Supervise the proper use and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Conduct 5-minute safety talks to raise awareness of hazards and procedures.
