Estimation Supervisor

We have consolidated our expertise and capabilities in residential, urban development, and mixed-use projects that exceed our clients' expectations, creating a positive impact on the market and industry.** **We are seeking:** ***Estimation Supervisor*** **Objective:** Prepare and support construction estimates based on physical progress and related documentation. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Experience in Construction Site Supervision. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare detailed and technically supported work takeoffs based on observed field progress, ensuring they accurately reflect the actual progress of executed activities and align with the approved project schedule. * Review, analyze, and validate estimates submitted by contractors and subcontractors, comparing reported volumes against physical and documented evidence, and making necessary adjustments to ensure consistency with the project's actual progress. * Verify that all estimates, both those sent to the client and received from third parties, comply with current regulations, contractual specifications, and internal company procedures, ensuring their technical, financial, and legal validity. * Maintain an organized, complete, and up-to-date technical and administrative record including takeoffs, drawings, minutes, logs, photographic reports, and any other documents supporting the estimates, ensuring accessibility for reviews, audits, and follow-up.
