Deliver and collect envelopes, packages, and items assigned to your route by following established operational cycle procedures, ensuring the contracted service meets the quality and safety guarantees agreed upon with the customer. Main Responsibilities 1.- Capture in the system the envelopes and packages leaving the Operations Center by scanning them for registration, control, and monitoring purposes. 2.- Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to leave for their route through reports generated at the time of scanning, for route control and authorization of departure. 3.- Leave on route according to your work order to deliver shipments, obtaining the recipient's signature or notifying the customer of undelivered shipments, to meet specified service guarantees. 4.- Perform pickups at points of sale (PDVs) or with customers through collection orders and phone communication, providing quality service to clients with shipping volumes requiring such attention. 5.- Compare the manifest recorded at PDV against collected items to control assigned shipping volumes and ensure their safekeeping and dispatch. 6.- Review packages pending delivery from the previous day by checking their controls and records to reschedule their delivery on route. 7.- When required, go to the airport to receive shipments, register them, and transport them to the operations center for distribution along corresponding routes, as well as unload daily collections at the airport, routing outbound shipments to meet service guarantees. 8.- Separate guaranteed shipments by classifying them into air and ground categories, prioritizing the delivery of air-classified shipments. 9.- Inform security guards at COP access and exit points about the number of shipments and vehicle mileage upon departure to calculate vehicle expenses. 10.- Ensure the vehicle is in optimal operating condition and report any malfunctions to guarantee uninterrupted vehicle operation and fulfillment of delivery service commitments.
