




Job Description and Responsibilities **Your Impact** As a Paralegal Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day success of our Paralegal Services Department. You will help ensure teams are properly onboarded, trained, supported, and supervised, while also providing assistance with case workflows, internal coordination, and operational initiatives. Your work will directly support department leadership, improve service delivery, and contribute to a positive experience for both clients and paralegals. **What You’ll Do** * Provide administrative and operational support to the management of the Paralegal Department. * Support the supervision and coordination of paralegal teams, including communication, task tracking, and pending item management. * Support onboarding and training of new paralegal team members, including coordinating training materials, schedules, and initial support. * Support recruitment efforts, including candidate coordination, scheduling, and administrative support throughout the hiring process. * Support conflict checks and related documentation and tracking. * Monitor case workflows, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery. * Serve as the point of contact for internal team communication, relaying instructions, updates, and expectations. * Support supervisory efforts by tracking performance, workloads, and account needs. * Use legal and productivity software to support documentation, reporting, and workflow management. * Proactively identify issues and take initiative to resolve them or escalate as appropriate. * Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Experience and Requirements **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a law firm or legal environment, as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar role. * High comfort level with technology and software, including Microsoft Word, Adobe, Canva, and legal platforms such as Clio, Lawmatics, or other case management tools. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication skills and the ability to professionally and collaboratively support, guide, and supervise teams. * Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills. * Solid understanding of case management principles and legal workflows. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience supporting onboarding, training, or mentoring of new legal team members. * Experience supporting recruitment or hiring processes. * Experience with conflict checks or compliance-related workflows. * Prior experience in coordination, leadership, or supervisory roles within a legal environment. * Comfort working in a remote, service-oriented, fast-paced organization. **What We Offer and Other Important Information** * Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (Pacific Time) * Paid online English courses for language development. * Pro-rated vacation days. * Progressive company culture where your ideas are valued.
