Position Summary: Coordination of logistics, management of OEA & CTPAT certifications, and preparation for audits, ensuring customs compliance and optimizing programs. Key Highlights: 1. A diverse and inclusive culture focused on learning * Coordination of logistics related to the development and maintenance of certifications, in accordance with the OEA \& CTPAT Profile or other applicable standards. * Optimal utilization of Programs/Certifications across various Mexican government agencies. * Timely compliance and proper use of acquired certifications, as well as timely and proper preparation for audits and recertifications. * Preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of the required Program to meet statutory compliance requirements and enjoy corresponding benefits. * Preparation of monthly reports (measurement/status) for tracking and communication. * Bi-weekly meetings with a pre-selected committee to monitor activities. * System control and operation within portals. * Registration and tracking of activities. * Analysis and measurement of activity progress for audit purposes. * Customs compliance (notifications) * Segregation of waste according to workplace area categories. * Awareness of hazards and risks associated with activities and adherence to defined operational controls. ***We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.*** Joining the Stanley Black \& Decker team means working in an innovative, tech\-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
