Requirements / Key Knowledge: * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Supervisor or Coordinator. * Knowledge of spot welding. * Automotive presses (AIDA). * Dies: adjustment, welding, grinding, measurement. * Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and industrial electricity. * PLC (diagnostics), sensors, and machine safety. * TPM, FMEA for equipment, maintenance plans. * IATF 16949 (focus on maintenance and equipment). * Industrial safety (LOTO). Main Responsibilities: * Maintenance Management * Design, implement, and monitor the annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan for machinery and facilities. * Ensure availability of presses, dies, washers, welders, and other equipment. * Ensure proper management of critical spare parts. * Ensure maintenance, adjustment, and repair of dies and molds. * Analyze recurring failures in dies and presses (root cause analysis).
