This role is critical to ensuring the proper execution of multiple concurrent projects, aligning technical and functional teams with customer expectations. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory:** * 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software implementation * Experience in implementing Human Resources solutions * Advanced proficiency in **MS Project** * Experience in end\-to\-end project management * Knowledge of payroll processes (CFDI, calculations, pay slips) * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams * Strong negotiation skills with clients * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
