We are looking for an organized and committed individual to join our team as **Materials Control**, a key role ensuring smooth, uninterrupted production. This position is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, consigned materials, and supplies are accurately recorded, properly identified, and available at the right time—leveraging the ERP system and maintaining constant communication with production and warehouse teams. Key Responsibilities * Receive raw material purchase orders and enter them into the ERP system (Global). * Record incoming raw materials, identifying pallets according to internal format (F\-62\). * Receive and control customer-supplied consigned materials, identifying them using format F\-76, order number, and location. * Assign raw materials, consigned materials, and supplies to work orders. * Coordinate with forklift operators to deliver materials to machines and production areas. * Maintain the raw materials warehouse in an orderly manner, with clear signage and defined locations. * Perform cyclical inventory counts. * Track and control returns of raw material scraps. * Record inventory receipts, issues, and adjustments in the ERP system. * Request gasoline for vehicles according to internal procedures. * Report shortages, overages, or damaged materials. Requirements * Minimum education: Completed high school or technical degree. * Minimum experience: 1 year in warehouse, materials control, or inventory management (preferably in the metal-mechanical industry). * ERP system proficiency (experience with Global is desirable). * Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management. * Availability for operational-administrative work on-site.
