TIMA EXPRESS Transportation Company **MONITORING ANALYST** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Real-time tracking of trips and unit status (Mexican routes) \- Operational monitoring and control of fleet in the **Monarch** system \- Validation of cargo, unit departure, and arrival \- Handling and follow-up on operational incidents: delays, rejections, returns, mechanical failures, and accidents \- Continuous communication with operators, clients, and internal departments \- Updating operational reports and trip status \- Validation of transportation evidence and documentation Minimum education: Upper secondary education \- General High School Diploma Less than 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 35 years old Knowledge: Communication with operators, Monitoring, Mexican routes **We offer:** 12-hour shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) Weekly payment Vacation time Year-end bonus Yard location at Lib.
