SUPERVISOR OF SAFETY

**Job Description** ISA Ingeniería y Servicios Asociados is seeking an Industrial Safety Supervisor (SST) with experience in civil and industrial projects, responsible for verifying compliance with safety regulations, strengthening existing training programs, and ensuring that work is carried out under safe conditions. **Responsibilities** * Daily supervision of safety conditions on civil and industrial worksites. * Strengthen and reinforce existing training, ensuring personnel properly apply what has been learned. * Prepare, review, and manage: * Work permits * Job Risk Assessments (JRA / AST) * Safety checklists * Verify proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Conduct safety inspections and prepare reports with evidence. * Document incidents, near-misses, and follow up on corrective actions. * Coordinate with site managers and supervisors to ensure regulatory compliance. * Ensure compliance with applicable NOM\-STPS standards for construction and industry. **Requirements** * Technical degree or engineering in Safety, Industrial, Environmental, Construction, or related field. * Proven experience in industrial safety or worksite safety. * Solid knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and permits. * Experience in PPE management, risk analysis, and document control. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Office software. * DC3 or safety certifications (desirable). * **Availability to travel**. **Skills** * Leadership and decision-making * Observation and attention to detail * Clear and professional communication * Organization and document control * Ability to work under pressure * Strict focus on regulatory compliance Employment type: Full-time Salary: $2,000\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site

**Objective:** Ensure standardization of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, as well as World Class Manufacturing (WCM), KOSHER, HALAL standards, by complying with applicable regulations, standards, and customer specifications throughout the production chain, to guarantee achievement of business objectives. **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in: food science, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field. **Experience:** * Ensure the quality management system complies with legal, food safety, WCM, Kosher, Halal, and customer specification requirements during production stages through internal audits and requirement evaluations to ensure continuous compliance with the system. * Ensure, manage, and follow up on action plans and corrective actions arising from audits, customer and consumer complaints, and improvement opportunities to prevent recurrence of non-conformities and strengthen the management system. * Perform trend analysis of non-conformities identified during audits to monitor closure of action plans, prevent reoccurrence of deviations, and implement effective corrective measures. * Design, document, implement, and maintain necessary procedures across different areas to standardize the quality, food safety, WCM, Kosher, and Halal management systems. * Ensure area procedures remain current and updated through audits of the document control system to guarantee process standardization and compliance. * Manage human, financial, and fixed resources within the assigned area through proper utilization to ensure their availability and continuity, thereby supporting the fulfillment of activities impacting organizational objectives. * Directly manage, address, follow up, analyze, and respond to complaints, claims, and opportunities reported by customers and consumers through SAC and ARC systems to positively impact business objective achievement. * Develop operational staff through audits assessing adherence to standardized procedures, supported by area leaders, to positively impact productive chain objectives. **Benefits:** * Salary: $28,000 gross monthly. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Career development plan.
