### **SANITATION MANAGER** We are **Pasteurizadora Maulec**, a Mexican company with **over 40 years of experience** in the production and distribution of ultra-pasteurized dairy products. We are currently seeking a **Sanitation Manager.** **Position Objective:** Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards across all company areas, guaranteeing that production, storage, and food distribution processes adhere to standards protecting consumer health and meeting current regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and supervise sanitation and food safety programs (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, applicable NOMs). * Coordinate and oversee cleaning and disinfection of facilities, equipment, and utensils. * Monitor and verify adherence to sanitary procedures in production, warehouse, and transportation. * Manage internal and external audits related to sanitation and food safety. * Train personnel on good hygiene practices and sanitary controls. * Control pests through preventive and corrective programs. * Maintain records and reports of inspections, microbiological analyses, and corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with health regulations from regulatory authorities (COFEPRIS, SENASICA, etc.). **Required Profile:** * Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. * Experience: 2\-3 years in sanitation, food safety, or quality within the food industry. * Knowledge: National and international standards (NOM, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000\), microbiological control and risk analysis, handling of cleaning and disinfecting chemicals. * Proficiency in tools for pest control and chemical management. * Ability to develop sanitary procedures and manuals. * Capability to conduct internal and external audits. **Become part of our Maulec family** **This opportunity is for you!**
