**WORKSHOP MANAGER** Provide preventive and corrective maintenance activities for transportation units (concrete mixer trucks and boom pumps) and concrete plants, ensuring that services and repairs are carried out in accordance with the specific requirements of the service order. **FUNCTIONS:** * Coordinate operational personnel. * Assign daily tasks. * Request spare parts for units. * Release operational units. * Prepare a Service Order for each unit entering the Workshop for any service, specifying the required type of repair and the type of maintenance to be performed. * Supervise and monitor completed work. * Perform preventive maintenance on units according to unit requirements and operational performance results. * Perform corrective maintenance on units based on identified failures and provide repair tracking through the service order. * Timely report the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure all applicable units enter the Workshop within the required timeframes. * Approve supplied spare parts. * Maintain absolute order and cleanliness within the Workshop facilities, effectively controlling tool inventory. * Assess the skills of newly hired personnel assigned to units. * Report any anomalies detected inside or outside the Workshop related to company operations to your immediate supervisor.
