**Objective:** Manage coordination with the designer, supervise the execution contractor, and ensure that processes are carried out according to established logistics, execution plans, construction methods, safety and hygiene plans, quality plans, and signage plans. Responsible for ensuring compliance with construction schedules for works involving structural elements—from foundation, substructure, to superstructure—ensuring timely execution or identifying deviations, proposing appropriate mitigation plans, and guaranteeing cost efficiency and work quality in accordance with specified standards and regulations to meet contractual obligations within defined budgetary controls. **Responsibilities:** 1. Develop, supervise, and coordinate structural design projects to ensure they are executed as agreed in contracts, seeking engineering value while strictly adhering to current codes, standards, and specifications. 2. Jointly monitor with subcontracted supervision to ensure quality of executed work is properly documented per project contract requirements, guaranteeing the completion of a quality dossier for each constructed structural element. 3. Ensure subcontractors comply with established policies and procedures, identify any deviations, and propose mitigation plans. 4. Supervise and coordinate the development of the bill of quantities, including unit price breakdowns, project schedule, and scope of work for rehabilitation and/or construction projects. 5. Compile the project start-up file, including approved construction design (Work Breakdown Structure, construction plan, assembly kinematics, etc.), approved baseline, permits, licenses, safety plan, pre-operational schedule, final construction schedule, procurement plan (including pre-commissioning and commissioning), subcontract risk matrix, site organizational chart, budget, field expenses, and cash flow. Assemble the quality dossier for all developed structures. 1. Supervise, evaluate, and validate payment methods with subcontractors, following the sequence outlined in the construction schedule to facilitate estimation control and cash flow management. 2. Monitor supply schedules and subcontractor progress to ensure adherence to the established construction timeline. 3. Review physical vs. financial progress to prevent overestimation in subcontractor billing, detect any discrepancies, and report them to relevant stakeholders. 4. Coordinate the preparation of subcontractor progress estimates. 5. Perform administrative closure of the project, including collection of required guarantees from contractors and suppliers. 6. Prepare long-term cash flow planning with monthly updates to ensure availability of necessary resources for project execution. 7. Document accounts payable and follow up on timely payments to suppliers and subcontractors, verifying correct documentation compilation by subcontracted supervision teams. 8. Supervise required quality control tests for various on-site and off-site project activities in accordance with the Quality Management Plan. 9. Review information and documentation required for submission to supervision regarding reports linked to performance indicator evaluations. 10. Analyze and coordinate works related to major structures, minor works, and structural buildings. 11. Analyze unit prices according to project requirements. 12. Ensure proper development, delivery, and management of structural assembly kinematics throughout the construction process. 13. Project planning, monitoring, contract management, financial reporting, estimate control, quality control, and subcontract management. **Job Profile and Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
