SITE MANAGER

**Objective:** Administer and lead the implementation and monitoring of the supply and business development program at the Customer's facilities. **Functions:** * Ensure the supply of materials agreed upon in contract with the customer, according to established inventory levels. * Track and expedite all purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery. * Maintain continuous contact with suppliers and shippers to verify order status and ensure that materials, supplies, and/or equipment are shipped on agreed dates. * Develop local suppliers by evaluating quality, price, and delivery times. Interact with the customer in production meetings. * Ensure the customer's material requests are fulfilled. * Collaborate with suppliers to develop and propose cost-saving projects. * Develop and deliver metrics, progress reports, and documentation required by the customer. * Interact with the customer to provide information and ensure the best possible service. * Review and update all information required by the system. * Handle and resolve customer complaints and special orders. * Receive and process orders, providing information on pricing, service changes, deviations in delivery or receipt times. * Effectively communicate program expectations to team members. * Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program team. * Supervise assigned personnel, establishing activities and metrics according to the customer's work program. * Record and update the electronic MRP system with all site operations, including inventories, purchase orders, suppliers, costs, invoicing, etc. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager. * Support the implementation and administration of any quality management system such as ISO. Requirements: **Competencies:** **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, personnel management, customer service, and cost-saving projects. **Skills:** Negotiation strategies, supply chain knowledge, problem-solving and continuous improvement, advanced Excel. English proficiency sufficient to conduct business conversations. Knowledge of AS400. **Attributes:** Customer service orientation, ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the procurement manager. * Receive, study, and analyze quotations and budgets to meet purchase requests. * Verify budget availability for purchases. * Process purchase orders and payments to suppliers. * Verify database information regarding inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, and quotations. * Attend to suppliers. * Inspect the quality of purchased materials, equipment, and maintenance services. * Coordinate logistics for receiving goods and delivering them to requesting departments. * Register materials into inventory using ODOO. * Review purchase orders against invoices. * Ensure timely receipt of invoices issued by suppliers, then forward them to the Finance department. * Register new suppliers in the ODOO system and send required documentation to the Finance department for their registration in CIS MAG2\.
