Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a Field Technical Engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months of experience) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair. Laser printers. Telephony and networking (basic). Structured cabling (desirable). Router, Switch, and Network Switch configuration. Responsibilities: Diagnose faults reported by customers. Replace components, track incidents, handle and close reports. 100% FIELD. Job Responsibilities: Timely resolution of incidents and/or technical fault requests from users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the customer. We Offer: Field Engineer training.
