***Job Description:*** The Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and administering databases and computer systems, ensuring their efficiency and security. They collaborate across all project phases, providing technical support and documenting improvements to optimize the customer experience. This role spans from software research and development to the implementation and maintenance of operating systems and networks. It combines technical and soft skills, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of efficient and secure computer systems. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and a practical approach to adapt to the sector’s rapid technological evolution. ***Responsibilities*** System Development and Administration: Research, evaluate, and synthesize technical information to design, develop, and test computer systems. Contribute across all assigned project phases—from conception through implementation and maintenance. Develop and administer databases, organizing and enabling efficient access to large volumes of information. System Maintenance and Improvement: Advise on, test, and troubleshoot operating systems and communication environments. Document and update maintenance procedures to ensure system continuity and efficiency. Identify and resolve software/hardware issues after implementation. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing teams to identify technological trends and needs. Provide technical support and guidance in researching and developing alternative technologies. Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients, explaining technical information in an accessible manner. Project Development: Participate in engineering projects for companies. Develop applications on professional monitors for remote interaction and content delivery. ***Requirements*** * Advanced knowledge of networking, including CCNA, routing, and switching. * Experience with Active Directory and desktop support within a network environment. * Proficiency with tools such as XAMPP for application development. * Strong verbal communication skills and service orientation. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure. * Logical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering * Languages: Intermediate English * Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site
