




**Job Objective** Lead the Human Resources area ensuring **timely staffing**, **accurate and timely payroll administration**, **compliance with the Federal Labor Law**, as well as **supervision of internal regulations, occupational safety, and training compliance**, through production floor visits, preparation of administrative minutes, and control of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of **operational and administrative personnel**. * Implementation and follow-up of **onboarding processes** for new employees. * Attendance and punctuality control via **biometric system**. * Management of attendance incidents and support in **payroll calculation**. * Design, compilation, and updating of **employee files** (physical and digital). * Preparation, follow-up, and safekeeping of **employment contracts, renewals, and terminations**. * Management of **vacations, leaves of absence, and medical leaves**. * **Preparation and follow-up of administrative minutes**, in accordance with internal regulations and the Federal Labor Law. * General conditions regarding order and safety. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in similar positions. * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law**, disciplinary procedures, attendance incidents, and payroll. * Experience in **preparing administrative minutes**. * Knowledge and use of **CONTPAQ Payroll software**. * Intermediate **Excel proficiency**. * Experience in **operational and administrative recruitment**. * Availability to conduct **production area visits**. Proactive attitude, **leadership, discretion**, organization, and communication skills. * Control and follow-up of **uniforms, tools, and PPE** assigned to personnel. * Verification that employees have completed **mandatory courses, trainings, and certifications**, and that documentation is properly maintained. * Design and implementation of **performance and productivity evaluations**. * Development of initiatives to improve **workplace climate and reduce turnover**. * Support in **training programs, incentive schemes, and internal communications**. * Collaboration with the **administrative department** on payroll and labor obligations. * Supervision of **compliance with internal regulations and company policies**. * Conducting **production area visits** to verify: * Correct use of **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**.
