**Otra Era Inmobiliaria & Construcción** is looking for a **Collections Department Coordinator**, a strategic, analytical, and results-driven professional who will lead and strengthen portfolio recovery, financial control, and customer service processes, directly contributing to the organization’s stability and growth.

**Position Objective**
Coordinate and execute collections, income control, and customer portfolio follow-up processes, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, timely payment recovery, and professional customer service, thereby guaranteeing proper financial administration of the department.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Prepare **daily income and collections reports**.
* Prepare and analyze the department’s **financial statements**.
* Issue and manage **payment receipts**.
* Manage, update, and safeguard **physical and digital client files**.
* Administer **databases** and document control.
* Record and validate financial transactions.
* Provide direct customer service for payment follow-up, clarifications, and agreements.
* Actively manage preventive, administrative, and corrective collections.
* Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans.
* Submit periodic reports to management regarding portfolio status.
**Required Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in **collections management** or financial areas.
* Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency (tables, formulas, filters, reports).
* Experience handling **cash**.
* Experience in **customer service**.
