Strong proficiency in Figma (essential) and possession of a portfolio/Book. Experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite or Sketch. Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and Design Thinking. Experience with web development, WordPress or similar platforms. Ability to collaborate with diverse profiles and communicate ideas clearly. Availability to work on-site in Santa Fe Responsibilities: Design and optimize the intranet and internal portals to improve communication and productivity. Conduct interviews, surveys, and usage analysis to understand the needs of internal talent and translate them into functional and attractive digital solutions. Prototype and design intuitive, user-centered (UX/UI) interfaces for internal applications. Collaborate with technical teams (Systems, IT, developers) and non-technical teams (Human Capital, Operations) to implement digital improvements. Identify, evaluate, and propose the integration of new technologies and artificial intelligence into internal processes. Participate in innovation and continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
