In this role, you’ll own projects from concept to launch, creating innovative user experiences and seamlessly blending design expertise with product strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Ownership:** Lead projects end\-to\-end—from initial concept through design, iteration, and final implementation. * **User Experience Design:** Craft complete user experiences from the ground up, ensuring a cohesive and engaging interaction across platforms. * **Product Integration:** Collaborate with product teams to align design vision with product strategy, balancing aesthetics with functionality. * **Innovation \& Tools:** Experiment with and adopt new design tools and techniques, including animation, to enhance creative output. * **Design Vision:** Develop and maintain a strong, personal design vision that drives project success and meets business objectives. **Qualifications:** * **Experience:** A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in design with a strong emphasis on product work. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in modern design tools and animation software.
